This morning was not an early
rise morning. We only had to be ready to
check out by 11 am. Bev and I went to
Tatlers for breakfast and then came back to finish packing and catch a shuttle
to the airport to pick up our rental car.
We said goodbye to Roxanna and Louis and were sad to see them go.

from Ace Tourist Rentals and off we went driving on the left side of the rode
to Te Anau where we are staying until December 24th. After a 2-1/2 hr drive in rainy weather, we
arrived in Te Anau and checked into our place, Lakefront Lodge, on Lake Te
Anau. The Lodge is very nice and has
free internet for use by multiple devices.
What a nice change. Maybe I will
be able to get caught up on my blog and loading pictures.
We made reservations for a 9:55
am cruise on Milford Sound for tomorrow and then walked around the small
town. We stopped at the grocery and
picked a few snacks for tomorrow’s trip.
Neither of us was very hungry for dinner and decided to get a pizza and
just relax.
